Wilcom Training

At Wilcom, we are here for the long haul... after 30 years we are still providing our customers with free training and support.

You can choose to be trained in-house at our Wilcom America office, or online in the comfort of your office or home, by our experienced trainers. To qualify for the free training, you must own Wilcom EmbroideryStudio e1.5 or DecoStudio e1.5 and have a dongle number for verification. For the online training, be sure you have high-speed internet connection.

NOTE: Modem connection Internet speed is not acceptable, and the online training facility will not operate correctly.
