The latest generation of AutoTuft™ Machine provides even more flexibility by offering two different tufting head options supported by a modular machine concept. The Needle & Blade Tufting Head is suitable for tufting rugs with very high densities as well as for over-tufting of plain rug designs, significantly increasing their artistic value. The Pneumatic Tufting Head on the other hand allows easy cutting of different yarn materials, J-tufting, very long pile heights, easy setup, etc. Switching between Needle & Blade Tufting Head and Pneumatic Tufting Head can be done in less than an hour.
